Don't let the above post scare you. Everyone experiences sleep paralysis differently. For all you know, you may not even have these things happen to you while you go through sleep paralysis. It can be a fun experience. Just remember to keep your cool and keep reminding yourself nothing is real, it's in your head.

And by saying "its all in your head" also suggests that there is something that will show up -> which aswell can scare ya ;D I just try to keep my eyes shut. When SP happens I usually imagine myself falling, falling. Which usually feels really good. And slowly getting vision while falling towards the ground. Otherwise its just my own appartment (in my bed) that the dream starts in, not as fun but ah well u can always get out of there and do something else

Sleep paralysis occur when your body falls asleep with you concious about it. My tip is to "not trying" to attain it, that will most likely end up in you staying awake until u get tired of it and give up. Just give in, relax and let your body falls asleep while you with minimum effort try to maintain some sort of awareness. Its easiest to do WILD after sleeping for a couple of hours, like waking up in the middle of the night and then going to sleep again. Also known as WBTB.

(If you succeed, try not to rush it, let urself get 100% into the dreamstate, otherwise u'll most likely have a difficult time moving, and will wake up.)
