Aspro before i go to bed?

I have a headache right now, and I am going to take an aspro(something i put in water, and it blends with the water and when i drink it, it helps me not to feel the headace.) and after that I go to bed, but it got me thinking, would an aspro help to LDor help with something else that is good for inducing a lucid dream?
