I've read a variety of different techniques for inducing LDs, and many mention sleeping for ~6 hours, waking, then going back to sleep before actually experiencing a state of lucidity. I'm curious if this is common for everyone... if there anyone has figured out any precise timeframes (is 6 hours acurate, how long to stay awake before going back to bed, etc.), or if anyone can simply lie down initally without this repetitious sleep/wake/sleep technique. |
