      Does reading books help?

      Does reading story books help you gain more imagination and get more vivid dreams?

      In my experience it can help slightly keeping dreams more logical. I don't believe it helps in terms of vividness, but it can certainly help in terms of giving your mind more source material from which to form the dreams.
