What is a good mantra for MILD/DILD

So far I've been saying to myself "Tonight I will have a lucid dream" before I go to bed.
Now I was thinking since in most of my dreams I have some persons in there would it perhaps be better to have something like "Tonight someone will te me to do a RC" however tonight I will lucid dream seems more "universal" since I don't always meet a person in my dream. This has been on my mind for a while

Since it is the function of the human mind to effect human will, I do not believe that your "mantra" is up to the task, the method is not the goal.

Set before yourself a specific task, you already know the method.

But if I say tonight I will have a lucid dream won't that be the task? or do you mean by more specific something like tonight I will have a lucid dream and fly (or something else, you get the point)

The actual words aren't as important as the non-verbal intent and focus behind them. I had great success without repeating a mantra at all, just focusing on doing a reality check, becomign lucid, and remembering it. Visualize it in your head that you're doing these things in your dream as you fall asleep.
The burden of proof lies with the one making the claim
      Goals:
      10 Lucids [X]
      Look at my reflection [X]
Dream sex [X] with climax [X]

What does being lucid mean to you?

Being aware? Of what? and how.

Concentrate on developing your sense of sight, or hearing, or taste, or touch, -- also on detail, relation to what is presented to reality, etc., These are the things that is meant by being lucid, being aware of all these things and distinctions. etc., etc., The goal of awareness is not simply to be aware, but to be aware of the self and the environment.

That's about the same mantra as I use, I say quietly to myself a few times, "I would like to have a lucid dream tonight," and I more often than not am successful. Keep it simple, keep it concise. If I understand correctly, this will still achieve what Philosopher8659 is implying, to be fully aware of yourself and your environment, but with fewer words.

I'm not on DV much these days, but I'll try to toss a cool dream or two into my DJ.
