Natural Lucids and Dream Guides

Hey everyone! I have a couple questions. Okay, I'm really jealous of my girlfriend because she's never put any actual thought into LD (she thought it was silly) and last night she had TWO LDs in a row! In both her dreams she knew she was dreaming right away! In her first dream she said that she felt disappointed by her dream so she said "This is it? You can do better than that." and then she woke up right away. In her second dream she was aware too but she was in the middle in the street. Check this out, she immediately starts taking active control and starts summoning accessories for what she's wearing in the dream! She demanded a necklace to appear and it did! Then she took my advise I gave her the day before about exploring her surroundings so she looked around 360 degrees and created her landscape. She goes for a walk and find a fair. She goes in. She gets really scared because she doesn't trust her dream and so I end up finding her and escorting her out of the fair and through the streets to our place. She said that I made her not worry even when big snakes were following us on the street. I "protected" her. Okay, isn't that crazy? Without even trying she's LDing and summoning things! I'm proud of her but I'm a little jealous. Anywho, was I her dream guide coming in and saving the day? A month ago she had one of her DCs come to her in another dream and stop everything that was going on so that they could talk in silence. This DC gave her really good advise about her life at the moment. We thought that person was her DG. What's the scoop? Can DGs change forms and appearances? Help us out yo!

Dream guides aren't actually real things. They've been given a name because it's something lucid dreamers tend to have in common (a reoccurring character or manifestation of your subconsciousness). They are by no means a process of dreaming like sleep paralysis or vibrations. Some people have them, some people don't. Chances are if you want one, or think you should have one, you get one. They are like any other figment of your imagination and thus can do anything you think they can (consciously or not) and nothing you think they can't. Also, how do you know the person who rescued her was you? It could just as easily been one of the other people she is sleeping with (oh snap!).
