Is it possible we all are all connected.....

I have read from various authors that maybe there are a link of consciousness connecting all of our dreaming experiences. That could account for dream sharing and mental telepathy and the like. Well, I was just thinking, it seems that everybody I've talked to lately seems to be in or coming out of a dry spell (as most put it). Is it possible that we are all going threw this dry spell and maybe soon we will come out of it. Learning more and being even more prepared for a maybe more intense experience as to what we are all really about. Just a thought...

I can agree with you to a certain level. Maybe we all "go" to the same place when we dream. It does seem that dreams are coming into play more, in everyones lives but I think that has a lot to do with what is going on in the world. What is 12/20?? But yeah I would like to believe that we can communicate with others in dreams, I've read of this a lot but never experienced it yet, maybe because the people I am trying to contact arent lucid at the same time...

On Waking Life they talked about a test: A group of people was given crossword puzzles. First a new one and then last days crossword (one that was in a newspaper). And when they did the last crossword the scores went up about 20%. It seemed, they said, that once the answers is out there we can just pick up on them. I don't know if this is bs or not, still sounds interesting

I think that some animals have got it down...but that somewhere along the line it seems that humans have lost touch with this whole consciousness of being. Think about a flock of birds, or a school of fish. They will change directions simultaneously...this is called synchronicity. Some scientists believe that there is an actual sort of telepathy that goes on to keep the animals in sync. Think about it, you have NEVER seen two birds crash into each other have you? And yet I have watched flocks of birds in amazement of how they are able to change direction instantaneously. I think that if people learn to get more in sync, then the greater chance they have of being able to dream share. But alot of people are so blinded or unwilling to accept that everyone and everything in this universe truly IS connected that it is sad and has become somewhat lost. We meditate to reconnect with our source.

It's not like it happens spontaneously, at least not very often at all. That's assuming it does happen. I like to be skeptical yet optimistic about these sorts of things. I'm still skeptical after all that and some more that's happened since then, but I like to think it's possible.
