      OOBE or some weird reoccuring lucid dream?

      Well, I have this reoccuring dream(or possibly an OOBE) a lot. It happens right after I fall asleep, I'll kind of wake up in my bed and try to move my arms but its tough and I can only move them very slowely. I feel myself floating above my bed but I usually wake up right after this.

      that's sleep paralysis,
      They say dreaming is dead and noone does it anymore. It's not dead, it's just been forgotten, removed from our language. Nobody teaches it, so nobody knows it exists. .. waking life

      This is what someone told me, maybe you need to relax and think of the ocean or something, and give yourself time before you wake up, relax and try to look at your hands or just anything like that. Hope this helps you.
