Kind of Redundant... The same for hemisync. Thanks Guys.
What is the purpose?
It is supposed to help you meditate, and also to increase whole brain thinking (rather than just one side or t'other)
How does it work?
Special tones overstress the brain, similar to a runner running 2 miles a day, and your brain/the runner will eventually become stronger, so the length/power of tones is increased.
Personal Experience?
I have been using Holosync for a few weeks, and I definitely feel effects. I find myself more stressed, but this is supposed to happen, as the aforementioned runner will get tired before the body gets used to it.
Uses?
It is supposed to leave one less stressed in general, as the runner (he just keeps cropping up) will find himself losing breath less etc.
It is also designed to help the user think clearly.
What does it do?
Sorry, not sure how this is different
I haven't used Hemisync properly, but when I tried it for a short while, it seemed to me to be total far out new-age hippy super crazy psychic mumbo jumbo doolally.
Also, hemisync requires active listening and meditation, whereas Holosync can be listened to whilst sleeping (as I do). It definitely helps me sleep quicker.
