a long and rapid swing which goes on and on....

hello there, i have this dream often. while dreaming i know that this is dream and i can wake up at any time, i feel like i want to continue the dream for fun and it goes like this: at first there is a very fast swing i feel a bit scared but as i am in the middle of swing its so relaxing so i keep on continuing it, sometimes it is very fast falling from the height. the swing or falling starts from my bed and i keep going on and on. after sometime i feel like i am dying in dream which makes me feel i might die in real time also. so i try to wake up but its not easy to wake up i feel like i am locked, i can't speak, i cant move, i know my position in bed, but its very very hard to wake up. finally when i jerk my head i wake up! now i wanna know what is this phenomenon? am i in the right place asking it? i have a friend who agrees with my dream that she also has seen such dream sometimes. so i guess most ppl has this dream and not only me. any body got a solution???? i am longing to hear it, thanks in advance!!! _sabin da trendsetter

This dream kind of reminds me of life itself. I believe that before we live, our souls (this is kind of hard to explain) but anyway, i believe that our purpose in life is to expand our souls, for our souls to evolve into higher....things. So i believe that before we're born, our soul choses what kind of life we want to live. (i believe in pre-destination, because i believe that before we were actually born, our souls chose our path...we, ourselves, chose the major problems in life so we could learn from them, and use those problems to expand and evolve.) anyway now to your dream, this reminds me of the point in which you are making up the path of you're life. At first you're a bit scared, but it's relaxing, it feels good, so you continue...(it's what ur supposed to be doing) and then you feel like you're falling fast, (life does have it's ups and downs) and finally at the end, we die. And that's what you feel. I say the next time you dream this, try as hard as you can to keep going, find out what happens after it feels like you're dying. (i think this dream is just your subconscious connecting with your soul.)

i know i had that that thought of keep on going on n on but i really can't.........every time i keep going on and on i have this strange feeling that my body stops working and this might probably be dangerous in my real life too, so i opt to quit which is hard to achieve until i jerk my head. btw i like ur belief of souls expanding. have u had this kinda dream too? i also wann know any scientific explanation to this if exists...anybody there who wants to give my *soul* some explanation Originally posted by catrina This dream kind of reminds me of life itself. I would put this dream in the category of "feeling" dreams. I made a post about these kind of dreams. I have had a similar dream where i am water sitting in a tub. And the water has not a single ripple on it's surface, but then, ripples start to form, and they get so choppy and rough, that they turn into waves and splashing. however i hate this dream because i like it when the water has no life.
