Do you test your results to make sure it’s not just in your head? I just want to no If there is proof that its not just an illusion.

You use your mind to focus energy on one part of the fork or spoon. The energy will make the molecules (spelled that right?) move faster, making the metal softt. Then you use your fingers to bend the softened metal. There is nothing occult or paranormal with this actually... the hard thing is to focus on putting the energy there.

Have you tried using a reliable thermometer to see the temperature rise? I’m well versed on thermodynamics and would be very interested in the results.

As I said, I've only bent forks twice. And it was very difficult and time consuming. If I get good on this I will try to research further, bringing in some physics and stuff like that.

I want videos...I hear a lot of talk, and I believe in it to a certain extent, but I want someone to finally break the ice and put it all to rest...I've asked this before on more than one occasion, but no one seems to be willing to take a stand, whether it's due to a lack of a camera or otherwise.

You'll find videos shattered all over the net. But don't believe in them all, some of them look pretty fake.

PLEASE go to http://www.fork-you.com if you don't belive metal bending is possible. It's described so extremely well there. I bet you'll manage to do it if you do what it says there.

Yup, would be cool. Still I'm not an expert on this, and there are hundres of people out there that have trained this NATURAL ability (everybody can do this).

Merc, try this. It'll probably work if you're focused and have the will to do this.

Find a hanging lamp in your house.... imagine an energyball above your head....imagine rays of energy coming into your hand and stays there (imagine your hands glowing or something)... then shoot your hands towards the lamp while shouting "CHI!" , "GO!" or anything that may let the energy in your hands fky towards the destination (wich is the lamp in this case).

You might just get it to move a little, but at least you know that I'm not making this up.

Hm, yeah, that's good. How to bend a fork:

1) Hold it.
2) Push it gently. Didn't go?
3) Repeat.

That's what that site says without any fluff. You push the damn fork or spoon or whatever and it's supposed to bend after so many tries. I don't even need to reason there. There's nothing psyhic about holding a spoon then pushing it until it goes, unless of course you sit there, do all this channeling crap and get yourself all psyched up and expectant of something magical to happen. Then, at least, you can pretend.

Reminds me of what my mother and father think of Uri Geller.

Father: Oh, that guy. *holds spoon, puts on goofy mystical face and rubs spoon*.

It's your own choice to believe in it or not.
I know how it feels when the metal is softening, it's really happening. I do not have great experience with this but the two times I managed to do it made know that it will happen.
I want you to try this for some time before posting hate posts or flame posts, since this is what happens to most people. They belive that it wont happen, wich makes it impossible to do it, then they conclude with: "This is fucking nonsense"....
