      If I'm not mistaken, that image looks like it an interpretation of the dream Jacob, son of Isaac, had in the book of Genesis when a ladder came down from God to bring him up to heaven.

      Not sure if it has something to do with shared dreaming or not, and not sure if it has any significance. but who knows... do you have any more information to give us, any background on the dream?
