Turning shared dream elements into shared dreams?

Lately my bf and I have been sharing dream elements, but not whole dreams. It's almost every night now. For instance, we will both dream we're at a family reunion, but then our dreams go in different directions. Today we dreamed that we were both pulling random things out of the water, but I was kneeling by a pool of water and he was in a boat and nothing else about the dreams were related.

I think this is a really good sign. Are there any known methods for encouraging this connection?

i think its just a coincidence and you guys love each other so much that u think ur love with this guy is pre-decided and u don't wanna be with him forever, is it?
or maybe there is some connection?

Sorry, I don't buy into that whole pre-destined soulmates BS. Never have.
If it's coincidence, it's a whole lot of really striking ones. *shrug*
