An interest in Astral Projection

I've always been interested in dreams
obviously..
The other night i watched insidious, where the boy Dalton and his father were able to Astral travel.
I'm not sure whether it's real or not since i have never experienced it but i've heard of people having a near-death experience to experience it.
I think AP is really creepy though but i'm developing an interest in it. I'm scared of it though, i'm scared i might experience things that terrify me or to see my own body sleeping will scare me. I'm scared that if i enter this so called 'Astral Plane' i'll become scared and confused and see other people.
Right now though i'm pretty sceptical.
There is one side of me which wants to do it, and there's another side of me which says no, it's too scary and there's no point delving into that sort of thing.
I already have SP which scares me enough as it is XD

If it seems to scary to you, try other things first, if you haven't already. try becoming in-tune to your subconscious by meditating and lucid dreaming, things like that, before you move on to astral projection. If you conquer your fear, however, I don't think there's a problem with it if you find out how to do it there's no problem with you doin it.

I gotta' admit that movie has a serious negative take on Astral Projection.

Actual Projection is nothing like that, and will likely be the most beautiful experience you will ever endure.

Induction is the idea of presenting the image of a person you know during projection and either translocating to their locations, or summoning their presence, in-which you can view deep seeded charecteristics of them you'd otherwise never have known about. This usually greatly strengthens your relationship with people and can alter your enthusiasm in life.

I strongly encourage the pursuit.

I have only ever had SP since learning to astral project.
