Thread: Astral projection questions

I can only answer the 1st one - Astral Projection is when your astral body moves through the Astral Plane, which is not the physical world (don't want to call it the Real World... lol that implies you don't think the astral plane is real )

Drifting through the physical world is called OBE or Out of Body Experience.

Also, I believe one traverses the astral plane by drifting or hovering, walking is not required. But I' not sure on that, so I leave it for someone more experienced or knowledgeable to answer.

A lot of my art is based on feelings experienced during astral projection, I'd like to learn more about it as well. Hovering is primarily what happens, or sort of "swimming", for me.

Just opinion and experience. I think when you astral project your witnessing the astral counter part to the physical not the actual physical relm as we know it. However I do think its possible to lower your vibrations and observe the physical in real time as if your were a ghost. When you DO astral project you can walk, hover, fly, teleport etc. the sky is literally the limit here. There are enlighted entities and then there are those who are of low vibrations not necessarily evil. they can not harm you and if you are of high vibrational frequencies (positive) they can not occupy the same space as you until they raise their vibrations. negativity is always low vibration. hope this helps. namaste. I cant say what negative entites look like i dont really look for them because if i did im just attracting that to myself and i like to stay up beat and optimistic. Positive entities are beings of white light, they usually communicate telepathically, act as guides, and only reveal themselves when u ask or they deem it appropriate. Yes you can see other astral projectors but dont expect too many westerners as we are conditioned to the physical only, you may run into eastern astral projectors like asians or people from india though.
