Possible OBE?

Hi All, I am very new and do not have much experience in the dreaming field... I would like to share with you all my experience the other night.. It was 1AM i was exhausted and eventually fell asleep... Shortly after i had entered SP and i could not move, Usually i tend to get scared during SP and force myself out however this time i had gone with the flow because i could not see any demons / evil entities I felt a soothing but intense vibration rush from my head to my toes and shortly after i began to float off the bed and through my bedroom wall into my living room.. I could not control anything i was doing and i could not look back at my body to see if i was actually out? It was like on cruise control or something... I then began to float back into my room and straight down to the floor.. IT felt as if i was being pulled under ground however just before my upper body sunk i was re-directed back up and onto my bed... I was still paralysed and felt the vibrations for a good 2 minutes or so on my bed.. Was this a OBE? And has anyone experienced this...

Yes, from what you have described you experienced an OBE. Congratulations! The door is now open, and you will find it easier and easier to step through. Hello Bosnian, Congratulations on your first conscious OBE. You experienced all the typical exit symptoms. Don't worry about not being able to turn around and view your body, this is a beginners mechanism to not immediately rush back into their body. Reflect on the entire process leading up to the OBE and try to exit again. Also read up if this is something you wish to pursue.
