      Question Is this OBE?

When i dream that i hit someone in a dream i actually hit .

Like one time i dreamt that i was in a fight and i punch them & then i woke up becuase i accually punched the wall & my knuckles were bleeding a little

And another time i dreamt that my mom was attacking some little kid and i got mad and kicked her & i really kicked the wall in real life and i woke up lol

      Is this OBE?

That is not an OBE, that is just something that happens during some dreams. it's sort of a jerk.
Once I had a dream that I was crying and I woke up crying, I had a dream my friend was drowning me and I was screaming in the dream, and I woke myself up from screaming because it turns out i was in real life, too. An OBE is sort of controversial, you "leave your body" sort of like astral projection.
      From my rotting body,
      flowers shall grow
      and I am in them
      and that is eternity.

Sounds like sleepwalking to me. OBE is when you leave your body, but you're very much tied to your real body.
We were always dreaming of how it was going to be.
