Waking up fast, was it an accidental OBE?

This happened December 10, 2004. I woke up really fast when I seen 5:30 am on my clock. (Didn't want to be late to work, you know.) Anyways, it was like I was looking down on myself in my bed for a split second (in the 3rd person) as I sat bolt upright. But I was in first person view again as I stood upright and then got ready for work quickly. It seemed like my dream self was trying to get back into me. Or is that more like an accidental astral projection (OBE)? Super weird in any case. Oh and it gave me a headache that lasted most of the day. I'd like to hear your guys' comments on this.

Hmm... I doubt it was astral projection - it could be a product of you waking up, seeing that you were running late, and then dozing off again. When you fell asleep after seeing the clock, you dreamt that you saw the clock again because that's fresh on your mind.
