Well you know you can talk to your subconscious in a lucid dream? And gain insight in yourself and how you see the world, which ultimately affects everything in your life.
Well I had an idea, say if you confront a nightmare figure, you have basically confronted a part of yourself.

So why not make confront other beliefs and old emotional issues in the dream?
Why not shout out to the dream:

"Show me something that will make me more confident/intelligent/motivated/creative!"
"Show me something that holds me back from reaching my full potential"
"Alright subconscious I'll make a pact with you, not to feel this way anymore!"


Things like that I really want to try, because I'm really into advanced psychology and we all know lucid dreaming can be used for therapy so why not use it to improve yourself and make yor self more comfidnt in your intellectual, practical, social, sexual (cheeky ) ,creative abilities?

Your self image and belief system is like a map for your brains behaviour ,running our lives, us oneironants know this more than most!
