Hi guys, well I got a quick question. I was meditating one time and all of a sudden I started getting these tingle sensations. They started happening like crazy, one right after another. Then it built up to where I could feel it all over my body. If this is how you get out of your body? I've only got out after I went to bed. My mind stayed awake so It was easy.

If so I know how to build these tingling sensations up. I have been able to do it all my life. All I had to do was think of a memory that was special to me, or dream that I want to achieve in my life ect...

Do you have to feel them completely around your body in order to separate from your physical.
