Hi,
This was totaly unexpected as I am not trying to experience OBE, rather lucid dreams.

Since I was 17 years old I'm experiencing 1-10 predormital/postdormital sleep paralysis per weeks.
This morning (15 minutes ago) I had 3 predormital sleep paralysis they all happened just after I snoozed my alarm clock (very common for me).

1/
Luckuly today I did not felt scared during those, the first one was a regular one, full paralysis, I saw slender man watching me and a weird little wire creature mving on my chest.

2/
As I became paralysed again I closed my eyes and though, hey, let's turn that into an OBE.
I could heard an entity speaking english non-sense moving in the room.
At one point my body started vibrating then the speaking entity got close to me as I lost focus (I was a little scared of it) it said "*nonsense* Act as if I wasn't there, do not let me distract you *nonsense*".
But it was very closed to me and I felt inconfortable.

3/
Third paralysis, I can feel my right leg becoming numb, the numbness is then spreading to my chest then to my other limbs.
this time I keep my eyes opened, there is no visual/auditory hallucination here to distract me.
I try to lift my left leg, after 1 minute I can see a ghostly leg rising, as I am paralysed, I cannot look at my real leg.
Rising the right leg was easy, It felt natural.

Then I did the same with my arm, but my head and torso were still stuck.
I tried to give an impulse to get up, and it work.

The transition was realy weird, it really felt like floating.
as soon as my head disconnected I started floating upward at a speed which was quite remarquable, and the numbness felt from the paralysis stopped as soon as I started floating, it felt refreshing.
I stopped at around 50Cm above my body.

As I was there hovering I though "I want to move to the door" nothing happened, I tried to speak it, but I couldn't.
then I was back in my body.

This was very brief but I liked it.
