Wake up speaking of things you don't know...

Does anyone know what this means? It happens to me every so often, I will wake up in the middle of me speaking out loud fluently about things I don't even know, and it's as though I know about it and giving an oral report or being the voice over for a documentary. I then rush on the the internet to see if any of it's true after listening to myself and search only the things I can recall that I was speaking of because I was speaking of so much so quickly I couldn't absorb all the information, most of it is lightly written of in news sections written just days prior but I know they aren't writing all of what they're doing, just a satisfying excuse for why they are doing construction or what not. So I suppose it's secret stuff... Does anyone else here have this experience also?

Why dont you get a voice recorder, or an app' for your phone that will record sound, as it is made. I think you will be facinated by the results, and this topic will attract a lot more participants.

Yes This has happen to many times and its always around the moments Im about to slip into sleep. I'll receive a complete thought no more then two sentences about something totally random. What caught my interest was not the randomness of the thought but the feeling that I can't take ownership of it. I'm always like where did that thought come from and I would never think or say that. :-)

Why dont you get a voice recorder, or an app' for your phone that will record sound, as it is made. I think you will be facinated by the results, and this topic will attract a lot more participants. I have a voice recorder, I might try that. Although it was like information was being inserted into me, I wonder if the source would know I'm trying to record it and they might refrain...worth a try

I'm always like where did that thought come from and I would never think or say that. :-) That's exactly how I feel when it happens to me, it feels like I can't take ownership of the knowledge, and sometimes the things I catch myself saying frightens me. It's about scary stuff, while other are just weird conspiracy stuff that I feel have no relation to me or my interests. Maybe like absorbing someone else's powerful worrisome thoughts once in a certain mental state or something.

Happened to me too, my wife woke up me up and i start speaking about something. I know Russian and English, but sometimes i wake up speaking something that sounds like Chinese. And its weird because in the beginning i am speaking so confident and then the more i wake up the more i realize that i do not understand what i am saying.

I'm glad I'm not the only one this happens to, it's so weird That's how it happens with me as well, once I become aware that I'm speaking things the fluidity of my speaking then slows down as though it has been caught, then ultimately stopped, I wonder if had I never become aware to it would I have continued speaking for hours, and I wonder how long before was I speaking before I became aware of it. I don't think I've had it happen to me in other languages though, but then again I don't remember all of it each time, it could've gone through every spoken language :O

I had decided to start a keep fit regiem for my youngest son, as he has a problem with his health. - Overweight, with previous operation to a narrow heart artery Next morning the words I heard, or spoke ( not sure which ) said to me You have to manage the viseral. I looked the word up on the internet, and the word was spelt visceral It is the fat next to your organs, that can be very harmful Now that is quite an eye opener, as my task was to help him lose weight. I have had two other similar episodes, with information that I did not understand. I will not be going into details, but these too produced words that I did not know the meaning of. After checking the meanings, there was a clear message in each. So if you can get a voice recorder, and get the information down, it probably has significant meaning in your life. It may be that our subconcious has more to offer than we know.

whoa TiredPhil, that's quite an interesting experience That makes me think many different things I never thought before of the subconscious. Actually using the vocal chords and speaking to the unconscious "conscious mind" as though it's a different being. There has been many times that people have had direct conversations with my subconscious, if I get very exhausted and someone walks into my room and talks to me my subconscious takes over and speaks for me and I absolutely remember nothing, none of it. This one time my mom walked into my room and asked me what food I wanted to order and my subconscious ordered me Chinese food and exactly what I would've ordered if I was awake for that, and then when I finally woke up I walked out of my room and my mom asked if I liked the food and I was confused and she said I had a whole conversation with her and ordered it, and I obviously didn't believe her and she said she put it in my room so I went to check and there it was just chilling on my piano. Maybe that's a similar phenomena, I don't know why I never thought to record it before though, I want to take in all the information consciously, especially like if what you said is true, that the subconscious tells you things significant, things as significant that yours told you about your son and managing the visceral. This will be a new diary type thing for me. Have you considered trying to capture yours on a voice recorder as well TiredPhil?

I always get messages that come in the form of a short sentance. Usualy only a few words, so I remember every time. Also my recall of such events is good enough that I do not need to record them. I will however start a recording session for a fortnight, as there may be information I am missing out on. A good quality webcam should be affordable for the experiment. If there are messages to hear, I will buy an infra red cctv camera as well. Hope the wife does not mind. Will report back soon.

I woke up about an hour ago and spoke a short sentence, I caught the whole thing like yours, that's strange for me. I can pm you what I said if you want, it kinda creeps me out and I looked it up and couldn't find anything of it. That sounds like a good plan, is the infra red camera to distinguish whether the messages come from you, or another source? or both even.
