Translucid Dreaming

I've had lucid dreams. About two years back I had a translucid dream. It was much like plucking the flower in the dream and waking up with it but I didn't wake up with it fortunately. Translucid dreams are very clear, virtually real.

Hi JTM, I had a similar dream when I was about 15 years old. It's a little vague now but somehow I collected lots of gold coins in the dream. Not very unusual dream perhaps. But the neat thing was that in this dream, somehow I knew I was dreaming this dream and I said to myself that it would be really nice to bring some of these coins with me when I wake up. So in the dream I held onto some coins really hard. When I woke up that morning I knew exactly that I came from this dream. I noticed my hand was closed in a tight grip. I slowly opened my hand and of course there was no money. But it's funny how I was aware of my own dreaming in the dream and that I was trying to bring something from the dream world back to reality.
