I was online in 2008 when Eyeoneblack said that when the first (root charkra) is fully activated one can Astral travel (OBE) into the "real time" physical plane. Eg.,

1) ' get out of your body and look at it.

2) - Walk or fly around the physical world.

3) - Come back,

4) - see your body, see your body,

5) - then gently reconnect,

6) - then get up and confirm what you witnessed in your in your dream.

Lovers (sex) can easily trigger an exit through the root Chakra. And see something on the roof. And when he came back he got a ladder and there on the roof, was the thing he saw in his dream.
