I'm not sure, but you might be having an OBE since you floated out of your bed. Nothing to worry, you are perfectly safe, no evil spirits around. Anyway, I just started practising to induce in OBE.

      Hearing voices are perfectly normal.

Feeling crazy? What do you mean? If you meant by feeling vibrations or the feeling of getting electrocuted...you're in sleep paralysis stage. Nothing to fear.

Your heart is beating so fast is probably because of you getting scared. Or it wasnt your heart....more likely your heart chakra....it's beating so fast because it's active (Increase the chances for having OBE).

      Hope that helps.

I've never had an out of body experience that I've remembered, but I have had near-OBE's I can remember, and what you describe I can relate to. I'd get the floating sensation, and while not really floating I'd start rocking back and forth. It would start out slow and speed up considerably. I was never able to "hold on" because my excitement got the best of me.

Definitely nothing to worry about. I could be wrong in saying this but I think I read that had I been able to hold on, the rocking would have gotten so intense that I would have popped out of my body, into my astral body, and been on my way. And when I say rocking, I mean rocking. I felt like I was on a ship on a violent ocean. Pretty incredible stuff, and that's just the beginning phases of it.

Do you sleep right under a fan? I have started OBEing regularly, and that's something problematic I just noticed last night. I haven't tested my theory yet, but I'll lay it out.

My theory is that we are in a fluid, (a)ether. What happens is when you run the fan, you spin around this fluid, making a vortex. This is for the most part imperceptible...well you can still feel the air blowing on you, but you may not realize it's a cone-shaped pattern. So my contention is that when you go out of body, you are in this fluid, and you are subjected to it's forces. This means that you should go around in a circle, in the same direction your fan is moving.

Did your height change at all during this? The vortex should have a Z component. My fan spins clockwise, looking from below, so it is CCW from above. That makes an upside down vortex/drain/tornado shape, and it pulls upwards. I will sleep without the fan on tonight since it's getting colder and I will see if I don't get pulled around so much.
