I'm reading a book called "the phase". And am trying my own technique combined with those in the book called "indirect techniques".

It's where I wake up every half an hour to an alarm for an hour to two hours.

I have an app for android called "alarm droid". I set the ringing time to one minute but it was too long. Now I'm going to test it to see if I'll be able to do the techniques after twenty five seconds of ringing.

Can anyone give me any advice?
