      How to use obe4u mp3 file?

      Hi,
      I noticed that Micheal Raduga posted up some mp3 files to help with the process of LD / AP. Does anyone know how to use it? Also, the technique page on the site links to the mp3 files.


      I also need to know what exactly a ramp timer is?
