      A question

I, a lucid newbie, find that I get very delusional and odd at night (2am-3am) in the dark, particulary after i finish doing a tiring 6-8 hour flight online and everyone gone to bed. I know that delusion and other self inflicted mental events are caused by a uneven firing of a neurotransmitter in the brain. I don't do drugs or drink any form and shape of booze, I am highly against teenagers drinking, and won't even drink amongst my peers. Any reason for this? I've noticed lights flashing that appeared to be a ghost for a quick second, I know I probably arent dreaming because I bes all my way to the bathroom when I notices this

Any explanation to why i might be experiencing this?

I don't think I really follow your situation. Could you go into more detail?
6-8 hour flight online? Is this a computer screen you refer to

yes, a computer screen. Maybe this is just simply nothing. Such things happen when you are in an evironment where you can't see anything or hear anything

Staring at a monitor or a television & video games can mess with your eyes over that long of a duration.

Now, whether the fact that computers hurt your eyes is true or not is highly debated, I get many yes's and no's but I have done 14-16 hrs flights non-stop...and fell asleep due to boredem and exhaustion, I woke up a hour later and landed at an alternate airport and went to bed. Maybe this is the cause of it, but either way-> computer screens do not strain my eyes out
