Its been a very long time since I last posted anything on this forum. Unfourtunently I'm stuck in an RTC. Since I've been here I've learned many new things about my spiritulality, such as the fact the in order to suceed in meditation and altered states, one must be PATIENT! When I first started all I wanted to do was to be able to do as much as I could.
Well, I'm going to share some of the techniques, and some of the expirences I've had here at the RTC.
First of, I'd like to share about meditating on your third eye, at a specific time, everyday. This is the key in seeing auras, spirits, and energy. For those who don't know what your third eye is, it is a little above the middle of your eyes. You should feel a strange pulsating sensation when you focus here. Thats a sign that you are meditating the right way. The third eye is connected to the physical part of the brain, called the pineal gland. Meditating on this spot allows it to produce a powerful psychoactive chemical called DMT. Thats the stuff that you can smoke. Basically you naturally produce it. It is what allows you to see auras and energy.
My expirence with this is that right now, I can see energy surronding objects. I don't have to try. It is happening because of my constant meditation on my third eye. Another technique I'd like to share I was tought to by a friend I met here at the RTC. Its telepathy.
Start by closing your eyes (should be in the dark). Look for a blue dot. It should be very small. It will appear, disapeer, and re-apear in a different place on your blank mental screen. Try holding it there, focusing on it. Making it bigger with your focus. If you do this regularly you should start to notice the dot is getting bigger and bigger. Get it as big as you can. Once you can do this.. PM me and I'll tell you where to go from there.
I've seen this kid stare at an ant, and kill it, with just about 15 seconds of focus.
A staff over here preformed some pretty cool tk, he moved his key around a desk. He worked for the CIA.
Believe me or not, I hope this information can help some people out. It did for me. Good luck.
Remember, don't rush any of this. Do each exircise everyday, for as long as you'd like. Keep it about an hour to two hours. Don't overwelm yourself with constant meditation.
