Thread: How do U not lose control?

I have experience in lucid dreaming but not in obe. not that I haven`t tried it it`s just when I finally manage to relax completely and lose sense ofmy body i cannot get myself to relax enough for anything to happen. my mind is racing and I cannot control my thoughts.

should I keep trying? is it just a matter of selfcontrol?
or should i give up cause i just can`t do it?

i think you'd have better luck if you practiced some kind of meditation or focusing exercise consistently.
