      Whats harder to achieve?

      I have not had much luck with out of body expieriances, but I have progressed in lucid dreaming. Which one does the average Dreamviewer find harder to achieve?
      Any tips on OObes?

      Lucidity is easier to achieve. You just have to realize your dreaming... you don't have to concentrate or have good self-discipline.

      OOBE's are very very hard to achieve. Not all will have this ability but we all have the ability to lucid dream.
