This is the silliest thing I have ever heard anyone seriously propose.

I read somewhere that the number of the beast is not 666, but 667. I was some translating mishap with the hebrew numbers. So the world will not go under for another year

I've heard about this too, but don't worry too much. People have predicted the end of the world a bunch of times now- there have been dates they said the world would end that have already passed! And the world, quite obviously, is still here. This is just another one of those times. It's just something people do to hype everyone up. Basically, this is nothing new, and not really anything to worry about.

i have heard that 666 also translates into www as in the internet so maybe the anti crist is already here

I have also heard of the world coming to an end on 6-6-6 but i highly doubt it will happen but who knows because there are many things in life which we question and we will never know the true answers. Previous to hearing about this end of the world scenario on 666 me and my friends question the possibility of the end of the world. There seems to be a new natural disaster everyday and the war in the middle east has been goin on too long. I feel like the world is getting worse every day. I just cant wait to see what happens on june 6th 2006 but i really really think it will be nothign just like y2k and many past predictions. I have also heard through a guy who went to my high school who was a navy seal who currently lives in amsterdam claims that the United states will experience another terrorist attack on 6-6-6. My friend told me that this guy who was a navy seal works with a counter terrorist group and they said that the US will be attacked on that day. SO i hope neither occur but i cant wait to see what happens on june 6th.

What would u guys do if it did happen though, bc accprding to the bible jesus will come to earth and take us up to heaven (reapture) so if u werent raptured what would u do? would u begin to beleive in him......ugh so many questions for something that may not happen . and ure right i wonder if the did predict domesday to be 6-6-1906? hmmmm

Ermmm...... Yeah If Jesus comes to earth then I'll believe in him. Just like if aliens invade I'll believe in them.

Lol yah i guess that was a weird way to state that question, im on pills right now i just got my wisdom teeth out so....im not myself haha

We'll if there is ONE individual antichrist....as opposed to what i believe as the beast being a government or secular group of people. The mark 666 is supposedly the number of the name of the beast, i dont know exactly what it means but its probably symbolic like most of the things in revelation. in anceint days the number 6 was spoke of as "an imcomplete number" because a complete week was 7 days and when something is repeated 3 times just meant imphasis, so the mark of the beast most likely meaning the mark of imperfection (maybe serving men instead of god?) insead of actually being a real mark, but i wont ever know what all of this means untill it happens.



As for the date 6/6/06, there has been alot of hype about it for a while...so something probably will happen purely for that reason, but who knows what. There already alot of bands planning to release there CDs on then just because the date is 666.
