      Help please, any information, thnx

Hey. I just wanted to ask some peoples opinions on what is going on in certain dreams or experiences I have had.
Some things that have happened over the past two weeks:
When falling asleep, I fell half awake, like I can look around the room but not move my head, but I know i'm asleep, because I just know, and I hear music really clearly, familiar music, but no vocals, just the guitar parts/drums..It's weird, it's very clear. This has happened several times.

Another thing, is that I will wake slightly, feel half awake and it feels like somebody is holding up my feet high in the air, and my head is laying on the bed. It's very weird.
      Hm...Let me think..
      ...
Also, my dreams are becoming much more vivid, and i'm recalling much better.
I seem to have full control in the dream that i'm having, but I cannot change anything, I just have to act upon what is already in the scene...you know what I mean??...lol

Any information/feedback would be great! Thanks!

at least the music thing is normal. maybe it's linked with your progress in lucid dreaming, but maybe not. I never considered the two thinks together.

Between the stages of sleeping and awake there can be many levels obtainable. All that can have different reactions.
Your mind is in a transitional stage from either going to and form sleep or visa verse. The big difference is our awareness of this transition. Most of the time it just happens.
These altered states can include sleep paralysis, hypnagogic imagery and in your case hypnopompic hallucinations coupled with perhaps SP.

      Sleep paralysis

You're experiencing a phenomenon called sleep paralysis. It usually occurs when people are lying on their backs, and it can sometimes be quite terrifying.

Do a search on Google or some other search engine for "sleep paralysis," and a ton of information will come up.

There has to be at least a hundred Topics on SP on this site alone.
Try the search method in the forum.
