No offense man, but that's pretty much an invasion of privacy if it's possible...

Yeah I've heard it's very true. It's called shared dreaming. Astral Projection is casting out your spirit self into the spirit world. Or you can run around as a temporary ghost like thing in the human world.

so how do you do this then

What you're describing is not Astral Projection, it's dream sharing, or dream invasion (not a very nice thing to do without permission). Astral Projection is the projection of your mental body to any place outside your physical body on the Astral Plane.

I've shared a dream once before, in my first astral experience. I just thought to go to my friend and i was suddenly next to him, and shared the dream. If you want the long winded version of how i got into the astral, and how i knew it was shared let me know and i'll type away!

well if u want to share a dream whit someone,u have to feel them,like when u read something i writen,u start to feel my caracter,and when u feel me enough,u can come to my dream,or invite me to ur,or turn my dream in to your's,them when ur in a LD,feel me,and feel ur sailf to me,and that's almost it,whitout the details

I will figure out dream stalking one of these days. When I do, I'll ask for some victims . Of course, I might stalk the notable people, like Oneironaut, Aquanina, Seeker and OpheliaBlue.

Then I will start the "Everyone dream stalks Oneironaut" revolution.

First astral experience…..

I was doing an astral travel course and many exercises at the time, which I can explain as well if requested. As I went to sleep I was completely relaxed, and had in my mind to keep my eyes open for anything out of the ordinary in my dreams to alert me to the fact that I was in a dream.
As the dream began, I was driving around in Sydney, on my way home, and decided to go for a cruise around the city before I went home. When I was heading into the CBD there were three signs overhead, Sussex St. Essex St. , and Mount Drop Off. When I saw mount drop off I thought what the hell, that’s not normally there, so I followed that sign. Next thing I knew I was on the other side of the city, and it was night instead of day, I was still driving and could see the city. I thought “oooookay this isn’t real”, then simultaneously, the lights of the city dwindled to scattered lights then nothing, the car around me thinned out then vanished, the road and dashboard of the car came towards me then vanished, and it was just me floating in the air.
I thought to myself, “hmm, I’m in the astral” I did my best not to get excited so I wouldn’t wake up, and just remained aware and objective. “That means I can fly”, so I started flying around through the clouds for a while, I stopped and though I could do something more constructive now that I was there. I decided on visiting a friend. I was instantly in his company, in a strange house, and told him I was in the astral, he said he was just dreaming, so we progressed into trying many ways to get him to be in the astral, but ended up not being able to do it as he was still manifesting his dream, eventually I was convinced of the dream to and no longer in the astral, and woke up.

I messaged when I woke and asked him if he remembered his dream, he texted back straight away (this was at about 4am) saying he didn’t, but reached for his phone just as the message came. The next day we met up and I told him what I had experienced, as soon as I got to the house, he remembered and took over, explaining everything we tried in detail, exactly the same as I remembered it.
