      obe

      so im new to this thing but i came to realize that i have been having obe's my whole life. The reason why i became aware of it all was the movie "waking life" and i have been looking for guidance ever since. my specific problem with lucid dreams is that im only able to "control" them very seldom. other wise i just concentrate on the actual feelings i am experiencing at the moment. so if any of you guys has any idea how to help me i would appreciate it inmensly. -Nazo-

      It is believed that OBE's are a form of Lucid Dreaming, some believe that an "OBE". is your soul leaving your body as you sleep and when you wake suddenly, the soul is quickly returned to your body causing you to "Jump". Believe in the OBE as you would a lucid dream and remind yourself that YOU are in control. Having never experienced an OBE i would not know what else to suggest other than "Enjoy the Experience" as to my knowledge, it is a rare gift
