      anyone have any advice on OBEing????

      i have a very bad problem with falling asleep in the middle of WILDing, MILDing etc. but that is besides the point, um...anyone with any advice on OBEing (i know nothing about it, and i am slightly skeptical) would be greatly appreaciated, i'll check the thread in the morning.
      Are we living in a Dream?? If so, then what is Reality??

      hey

      Hey there red, heh..Well a while back I was more into OBE's than becoming Lucid. But that changed after a while of attempting OBE's...I think the furthest I got was I pulled my Astral self's left foot out of my physical body...and I don't even know if was a real OBE, or just a dream...Anyways, there are many threads on this site related to OBE's, that have much more information on it than I could offer.

      two things,if you find your self in a OBE,don't wader off to much(i mean out side of earth)
      two,if your in a dream,you can turn it in to an OBE

      Well for starters, dont fall into that stuff mixted with religion you see in some sites. It happends to a lot of peoples unaware of their capabilities and they tend to rely on religion to calm and explain themselves.It has nothing to do with religion, you're just aware of what your mind can really do, but in deep fear peoples go straight to god for some reason.
      That being said look for a site that did scientific research on the subject, i did a while ago and i came up on the Monroe institute in VA.

      I was at the Nancy Penn center for a week ( needed to regain focus and loose a lot of dough lol) i also have the gateway voyage disks, the week there was amazing to say the least and the disks a good addition to keep you in shape including 42 lessons from Mr monroe himself based on sounds (hemi-sync) to help you acheive OBE, i just love them.
      Everything looks much better from up there
