      Potential Technique to Induce OBE

Can it be. I tried this 3 times last nigh and had either a very vivid ld (fake obe) or a real obe.

I was in a false awakening and I tried shaking my bed while I was lying in it. I moved up and down like I was bouncing in my bed, (using my hips and butt). I was lying on my back.

As the bed was shaking I would move at a different pace from it and then I would try to feel my body slip out of the real body.

Eventaully I would be free (this could be all a dream still not sure)

When I dreampt two times I was confronted by angry dogs who prevented me from going further in the dreamscape or astral plane. Anyone know what this signifies?

      To summarize

If you want to induce a very vivid LD or a potential OBE heres what you need

      1) Have a false awakening
      2) Try to move out of your bed, using your hips try to bounce up and down
      3) Try to move side to side and slip out of bed
      4) After you are floating otu of bed you should be ready to fly around and conjure up a dreamscape.

Hope this was a bit helpful.

Usually when I want to get out of bed, I just get upright and leave the bed. Using your hips or sliding off the bed might make you look like a total dumbass. Even in dreamland.
