ITC (stands for Instrumental Trans-Communicaion) is effect of appearing faces, objects in video frames. Mostly, these can be found in force feedback videoloop (when you point camera to tv, and tv shows what shows camera). For example, below pictures are taken from video I made using monitor, VCR, and tv-tuner. I plugged camera to tv-tuner, made picture on screen, and recorded. There is no proove if this phenomena exists. Many people think, objects on images are from other world. Its for you to decide, if it is fact or fiction. Nevertheless, here are pictures (I included what I saw in them) plus marked images (thanks to my friend):

Notice, many of faces are tilted ~90 degrees.
