After a long night of drinking and some 2:30 am nacho and chili from 7-11 (good stuff, but I over-indulged), I wake up at around 7 am with a slightly upset stomach. I drink some water and take a tums and try to go back to sleep. It takes me a while but I finally do just before 8 am.

Then I proceed to have at least a dozen completely lucid dreams; two individual OBEs, one lasting a few minutes, and one special lucid dream/astral travel experience that I've read about but don't know how to reproduce.

Because my stomach continued to be irritable throughout the morning (between 8 and 12:30) I woke up several times:

      1. The Lucid Dreams I incurred were great, because I gained a significantly increased measure of control over them, I was able to:

      i) Create women and sex them up several times (with extremely lifelike sensory experience).

ii)Wake up from a dream, look at clock, and go INSTANTLY right back into a completely luicid dream state; such as at a club or swimming pool (lots of women )

I was able to do this by (when beginning to doze off) I would picture a door, and as my subconcious took over more and more (from going more into a sleep state) the door became more solid/clear until I could just walk through it, and then the dream was in full process and full of people that I could do whatever I wanted with - completely lucid. I did this INSTA-LUCID dream thing several times, it was really neat. It made me feel like I could re-enter any sweet dream that I had lost due to waking up for any unknown reason.

iii) do things like flying around, going through walls, etc..

      2. The OBEs were real concious-exit OBEs because I felt myself POP out of my body both times, and then I was bouncing around the room (I found it very difficult to fly/move around very well, very unlike lucid dreams where it's quite easy) and then exploring my house, and then my cul-de-sac and neighbour's houses. The first one of which lasted a lot longer than normal (like 1.5-2 minutes).

      i) the only confusing thing is, sometimes these OBEs have reminents of dreams or subconcious activity.
For Example: when I walked through the walls in the front of my house and into my cul-de-sac and looked around at the houses, I would see crazy things that I knew shouldn't be there (I have had OBEs where I've looked around my culdesac and all the houses looked normal, so I know the difference).

It was like my subconcious was creating like 1/4 of a dream mixed in with my general astral plane exploration.

I did happen to see an old neighbourhood friend in the cul-de-sac that used to live next door to me about 8 years ago, but lives far away now and I haven't even thought about for like a year.

      3. The special lucid/dream astral travel thing I did (not sure which or a combo of the two) is talked about in "Out Of-Body Exploring: A Beginner's Approach" by Preston Dennett.

I noticed I was flying/hovering above a street light (like one in my culdesac) then I felt myself zoom upwards fast and high and then all of a sudden I was over a big and really pretty city on a beautiful sunny day. I was looking down at skyscrapers, and highways and parks high above them all.

The especially neat thing was that I had like incredible Eagle Eye vision. I could see the whole city in a PRISTINE super clear view. I could even zoom in from my incredible height and look super close at anything I wanted (without moving from my high up vantage point). The experience (which I've done before I think) is very unlike normal fuzzy lucid dreams, and I felt like someone was showing me the city, because I was definitely pulled to that vantage point over the city.

I really feel like I went up a significant level in astral/lucid dreaming control and exploration.

Sorry for it being so long, I had to get this out of me; it's hard experiencing such neat things when you have nobody who believes it enough to tell it to.

Wow. That sounds amazing. Did you write down any of your dreams or remember them? If so could you post them in here? You are very lucky. That must have been great.

      it was really cool.

Only bad thing is, when I lucid dream ALOT It tends not to be a very restful sleep, so I was tired all that day
