Thread: I don't believe in this but...

I had a dream last Thursday night. It was the first dream I decided to record in a while, and when I looked at it today, I realized that it was completely psychic!

Okay, real life on Thursday: I call my house becuase I'm planning to come home on the weekend. My mom answers, but sounds tired (it's 2:00 in the afternoon). I ask how she is, and she says "Okay". "You don't sound okay" I reply, and she says she was working until 4:00 in the morning, and was napping. I tell her i'll call tomorrow, and she gladly goes back to sleep.

Thursday night Dream: My dad is John Goodman and there's this scene like in Roseanne where he has a heart attack, except he's in my mom's car. Mom and I visit him in the hospital, and on the way out we're talking. I ask her how she is, and she said okay. I tell her she doesn't sound okay, (obviously spawned from the real conversation earlier that day) but then my mom collapses. She's rushed inside to the emergency room, and I get a note later reading: "did I black out yesterday? Please tell me." It was from mom... Apparently, she lost her memory of what had happened to her and dad.

What ACTUALLY happened on Thursday: My mom got a call at 4:00 am, and was up early to get to work. She took her medicine, but it was the wrong kind. She took sleep medicine on accident, 3 times the regular dose. So, she was driving, and blacked out, and rear-ended another car. She was brought to the emergency room, and she couldn't remember what happened because the sleep medicine is amnesiac. When I called, she was back home and napping because of the medicine.

I didn't even realize this had happened until just now, when I was going to update my DreamViews dream journal.

If you've gotten through that... isn't it weird!? I don't usually believe in that kind of stuff... could it have been coincidence? Did I subconciously know what was wrong with my mom when I talked to her on the phone? What do you think?
