      Talking Lucid to OBE

      Hey all,
      I had another LD last night after transitioning between two scenes that made it blatantly obvious that I was in a dream. I heard somewhere that if you announce out loud in your dream that you want to AP that it has a high chance of happening. Nothing happened at all though.. I stood there waiting for like 5 seconds and then slipped off into another dream. I heard its best to get an AP from a dream because its easier for a beginner to do that. Any thoughts?

      I heared, that suiciding in the dream (like jumping from some window) and thinking about AP can do the trick, but who knows. I have death-phobia and dont want to try diying even there.

      lol, I cant do any wild to OBE because im too impatient and just end up saying forget it. This method may be the best idea as long as I know im in a dream.
