      common/recurring themes and locations

I have noticed over the last five years or so my dreams have had common themes. Some of these recurring themes were present during the string of bizarre dreams that occurred over the last two nights.

      1) HOUSES/RESIDENCES:

You know... I can't ever recall having a dream where I am in the house where I reside where the house was in its present state. I have been in the same location, but my house has been different in some way.

Most of the time, I am in an fairly large, older-style farmhouse or sometetimes even in a luxury condominium.
However, last night was the first time I ever dreamed about living or moving into a smaller apartment space, such as a student residence room.

Most of these dreams involve exploring these large houses;discovering new rooms and whatnot.

      2) HIGH SCHOOL:

I am just finishing university, and have been removed from high school for four years. However, I frequently dream of a high-school setting only the school building is different, and some of the students are different. For instance, there will be people I know from childhood, high school, university, going out, and from the internet all within one high school dream, or even within one class. During these dreams, there are also people I don't know whome usually serve as extras, although sometimes these "extras" interact with me.

Several of these dreams involve either a class that I literally NEVER go to, or not knowing where the classroom is for ONE particular class. Monday night, one of my dreams involved not knowing where a last period religion class with one of my favourite high school teachers was located.

What is so bizarre about these high school dreams is that I liked my high school, and was well-respected as an intellectual student by both peers and teachers. My forgetting where a class is located or non-attendance of a class for an entire semester would be the last thing one would expect of me.

Is it possible that these people whether I know them or not are other dreamers I am encountering on the astroplane? Same thing goes with these various houses and high schools; could they be random locations on the astroplane?

I figure there definitely is some significance to my waking life, since I believer neither dreams nor event in our waking life occur haphazardly. What I am trying to decipher is the meaning or prophecy behind these dreams.

      Thanks,

      /c

Its very very .. very.. unlikely in my opinion. Not necessarily impossible, just trying to put it in perspective

I've had some very significant feeling dreams before.. even ones where I would cry... but at the end of the day they meant nothing beyond the way they affected me personally.

As I say, I'm open minded about the astral plane idea, but until you have a real reason to consider it... nah...

      But thats just me ...

emotion and talking during my sleep is apparently normal for me.

as for the astral plane, i don't have any reasons to to consider it, but nor do i have any reasons to dismiss it either. reading more about the whole concept could be more beneficial, i reckon.

another thing regarding locations is that in some dreams i KNOW the exact location such that i can point it on a map in the waking world. however, what exists at that location in real life is completely different from what existed during my dream.

for instance, years ago i had a handfull of dreams supposedly occuring at a location that presently corresponds to a farmer's field about 20 km outside the city. this location has no relevence or links to me in real life.
however in dreams this location has appeared as a suburban neighbourhood and as a densely forested area.
