      astral calepsy

      Edited Version
Since a few years back, Ive been having these "experiences." It feels like Astral Projection, Im not sure. I see very vivid things everywhere. Especially this one "character" that Ive been seeing since this all started. I go to bed, then I sort of go into this stage, where I feel like Im leaving my body. I see myself in the darkness, laying on my bed. Then I go and travel or whatever. Its usually very dark, and I see a lot of things everywhere. I feel a lot of entities. After I "return" I usually go into SP for long periods of times.

Im not too sure what this is... Any advice or suggestions?

Firstly, can you tell me what is astral catalepsy?
Secondly, how can you tell that it that and not sleep paralysis?
As for advice on what to do, try to keep your lucidity strong. If you are lucid you can choose to remain calm, knowing that it will be over soon. All you need to do is to wait a bit, and the experience will be over.

      Have no fear of death.

You have known what comes after.

Besides, the chances of you getting physically hurt, are none.

You are naturally going further than a usual body goes, whilst sleeping.

You may want to do some reading.

I would advise, to believe in nothing, and everything.

You merely have to change your point of view slightly, and then that glass will sparkle when it reflects the light.

just sleep paralysis but no its astral catalepsy. it gets me scared everytime. im sleeping and having a weird sort of realistic dream, then i leave my body,(without wanting to!), then i can actually see myself in mi own bed sleeping. TRUST ME its pretty weird to watch yourself sleeping, very freakish.
den i just basicly hover around in dark lonely places, wit da sense of being watched. den wen mi physical body wakes up, im trapped cant move it takes me quite a while to rush back to my body. i once actually had 2 hurridly fall back in from halway across da room. = [ it was scary. and wen am finally able to wake up, i see vivid blck blurs in da room. once i actually saw a woman (SCREAM!) yea its scary nd it happens quite often any advice?

Please type properly like before the bolded part, talking like that kills the eyes.

Astral Catalepsy is the same thing as Sleep Paralysis. Just different terminologies.
