      Question question on Sleep Paralysis

i know that it is normal to have auditory and visionary hallucinations while in sleep parylisis....but what about ones where you feel things touching you? for example, this one time i had just fallen asleep and was having one of those weird little dreams that happen right when you go into sleep...in the dream a girl grabbed my hand and started running, i went with her but then something jolted me out of the dream, and i was stuck there in sleep paralysis, with my eyes closed. but the weird thing was i was completly aware of everything around me, i could feel everything perfectly in my room, and the girls hand was still firmly holding mine. it felt COMPLETLY real. as soon as i broke free out of SP the feeling went away. other times, i have felt people tapping me on the shoulder or sitting on my chest. just wondering if anyone else has similar experiences?

      sleep paralysis

Yup sleep paralysis is an interesting thing. I usually break out of it by starting to move something small like wiggling my toe or a finger. It can be useful state as a milestone to something deeper however... So nowadays, I usually try experimenting with feeling energy move around my body to try to achieve a vibrational state when I find myself in sleep paralysis.

I usually fall from buildings and so on, and when i hit the ground all the bones in my body breaks. Then after a couple of seconds lying all broken I wake up and have this crazy SP and get a little bit panic but after a moment when I start to move my body I'm just happy it happened because it's a cool feeling

Sometimes. My first SP was WICKED! my 2nd and 3rd pissed me off, i was so out of it and having to wake up because of SP pissed the hell outa me, 3rd time i also tried struggling as much as i could and was trying to kick and scream just to try it, the 2nd time i also was forcing myself to move, and talk, and open my eyes but nope...nothing. How do you guys open your eyes in SP? mine are ALWAYS closed shut.

I think that if you start with your eyes open then they stay open, if you start with your eyes shut they stay shut.

Although, this isn't always true, if you are breakingout of SP then you can sometimes ONLY move your eyes.

I think it depend on the way you sleep.
For example, I sleep with eyes half opened, so every time I have SP I see my surroundings.
And if you sleep with eyes closed, then you`ll have eyes closed during SP too.

My first experience with SP was also scary, but after struggling to break from it, I started to like that fear.
.....I know, it`s sick, but if you can`t beat it, join it
