how do u get back in ur body

im just wondering. i havn't posted on here for a while but. how do u get back in ur body while doing astral projection. and if u travel in space while u are doing that. if u reach a black whole. albert einstien said u would have more control over time then u do space. so would u be able to control time?

The same as waking up from a dream. Just will it to wake up and return. As to why return to your body? To finish the life you started here.. if you don't want to be in your body there is a very easy way out , though with serious consequences

Hi, I have had several spontaneous O.B.E.'s in my life. Aside from willing yourself back (which is the most common method) you can try to shake your arm (or another limb) very quickly back and forth. Usually too if you become scared or uncertain your astral body will automatically slam back into your body (repercussion). But that is often painful. Hope that helps.

As was stated, simply will yourself back. If you get caught in a state of astral catalepsy where you are neither completely in or out, try contracting the muscles in your arms and legs.

I wouldnt ever try and enter my body again. Worse casse scenario I dont return and live in the astral plane. Most likely scenario..Ill return to my body wether I like it ro not.
