      Out Of Body Experience Dreaming..?

Hey, im having these weird Out Of Body experiences in the mornings especially.

I'm sleeping in my bed but at the same time im awake and dreaming.. It's a really weird feeling but for example this morning i was sleeping and at the same time i came into my room, seeing from the eyes of myself coming in my room, throwing clothes everywhere and going berzerk because i was going to go out and fight with someone.. But then i woke up and i knew that i just dreamt or hallucinated what just happened.

Hard to explain.. The thing is it doesn't feel like dreams it's more like hallucinations.

Like the other day i was sleeping and lying in my bed, at the same time i was surfing through the internet on a laptop on my bed (Which i don't have i real life) and i remember i said to myself "Im dreaming and if close my eyes or look on something else i will wake up and the laptop will be gone". After a couple of seconds i turned around and woke up..

I just need to know if this is just lucid dreams or something else, it's just that it feels like something else then lucid dreaming because the feeling is much more hallucinogenic then dreaming.

The lucid dreams feel more abstract, more distant but more controllable.

I believe that the difference is that when i have these "Out of body experiences", hallucinations, or wakedreaming or whatever i should call it... I think its because i wake up exactly at the same time as im dreaming and im dreaming about myself in my room..

And when i have usual lucid dreams im at some other place, and i wake up after a moment of interaction in my dream..

      *is confused*

As I read through your post I didn't entirely understand but the first thing that popped into my mind is perhaps these odd experiences are really False Awakenings.

Actually im getting confused of my post myself Iv'e written so badly..

But yeah somekind of false awakening i guess.
Now that i think about it i mostly first wake up in the night around 7-8 in the morning, go to the toilet, then go back to sleep and then wake up at 12-13 and at that awakening everything feels weird, like i just been doing something in my room and at the same time lying asleep... Like an OBE..

Not to worry. My own posts tend to be confusing as well. Especially when trying to describe an odd experience.

Maybe this needs to be moved to the beyond dreaming forum. There people will probably be able to figure out what's happening.
