i dont do sp on purpose, it does that on its own right before i go into sleep

I never sp, I'm usually asleep before my body gets paralyzed. Now I know to NEVER sp on purpose. I scare easily so if anything like that happened to me I would be scarred for life...

Wow...a smiling DC because of being killed? that's hilarious no offense.

I only had one conscious SP, and I was in a really calm state and held no fear at all, so nothing bad happened,

but I can see how if you can't control your fear, some really trippy stuff could happen,

Its all in the mindset I guess...

Wow man thats messed up. Are you able to close your eyes?

In my SP's i get pretty bad hullincations to so i just close my eyes for the duration

I have had similiar threats when i was in SP. Lol it sounds really dumb, but after watching the cartoon show Courage the Cowardly Dog right before i go to into SP, i realize that i think of really scary things too. But instead of fearing these things, dont let them get to you.

When your in SP your halfway between awake and asleep, half way between reality and dreamstate. When this happens, imagine something else, like another spirit with black that is on your side, not deaths. Have this spirit attack the spirit your getting attacked by, and if your good enough with controlling dreams, get your spirit to bring your grandma back to life. Just some things, dont be scared of dreams. They arent real, and when your in SP you get hallucinations, and thats all they are. You cant be harmed by them, so dont let them get to you.

Some other things you can try:

1. Right when you get into SP go into a lucid dream, so that you can be in a peaceful eviroment.

2. If you believe in it, Go into AP, and walk around. Clear your head, and realize waht your doing. Realize whats real and wat isnt, and your mind wont make you seem so scared.

actually some of the hallucinations are caused by your subconcious mind and are not controlled by emotions, usually a good thing to do is just to go back to sleep while in sp
