      Total Recall

      Does anyone else out there not keep a Dream Journal just because they "can't" forget their dreams. I don't keep and Dream Journal for two reasons, first of all I've never had a dream I could remember upon waking that I can't remember now, and two for it to be effective you need to write it down immediately upon waking, and I'm usually more interested in going back to sleep.

      You're either right, and very lucky.

      Or you just can't remember forgetting the dreams, or remember them whatsoever even on waking. I think that is more likely, to be honest.
