The Difference difference between AP, and Lucid Dreaming?

I made this post to answer a question i cant figure out quite my self What is the Difference Between AP(astral projection), and of course LD's(lucid dreams.

From what I've read during Astral Projection usually the person will see their physical body and during lucids this will not happen. though as far as I know it hasn't been proved if Astral Projection is really any different than just a lucid dream. but don't go flaming me for this, these are things I've heard. I've never tried Astral Projection so I can't really be for sure.

Well if you are interested I do happen to have a CD for Audio induced Astral Projecton. But like I said I haven't tried. though I also have a Lucid dreaming CD by the same artist and it has worked wonders!
