The Difference difference between AP, and Lucid Dreaming?

I made this post to answer a question i cant figure out quite my self What is the Difference Between AP(astral projection), and of course LD's(lucid dreams.

From what I've read during Astral Projection usually the person will see their physical body and during lucids this will not happen. though as far as I know it hasn't been proved if Astral Projection is really any different than just a lucid dream. but don't go flaming me for this, these are things I've heard. I've never tried Astral Projection so I can't really be for sure.

Well if you are interested I do happen to have a CD for Audio induced Astral Projecton. But like I said I haven't tried. though I also have a Lucid dreaming CD by the same artist and it has worked wonders!

Well i would like to do it on my own Tbh Ive done it but , you no theres always that one night where you lose consentration? And try to go for it again but you cant. I seek to overcome that. As far as I can tell there is defiantly a 'real time zone' that I associate with OOB. That said, at least for me, it is a real tricky thing to stay there. Sooner or something happens. A window appears where it shouldn't. The ceiling is too high. Any number of things like that. I have had very limited success with making those things go away once they start to appear. One you start to accept these things the 'real time zone' is lost.
