Any one encountered guardians and guides? I encounter with them almost everytime I go Astral. And even joking with them . Once I went out of my body and start walking in my room. Then I felt huge warm loving hands holding me from back. So I demanded him to leave me alone and told him that I was aware of what I was doing. So it released, I moved my head to see it.Then it grabbed me preventing me from seeing him. So I imagined that my eyes were on the back of my head. And I saw a huge tall figure infront of me, and he/she was looking down for me. I sensed that it laughed and it was impressed with my ability to control myself and it shrank down and turned into a 16 year old girl. Weird huh? Anyone had similar encounters with them?

Haven't experienced things like that, no...in my lucid dreams I always end up flying though...every time. That's one way I can tell I'm dreaming.

I've only met my dream guide. It was wonderful dream..and I was lucid too. Sadly, I haven't seen much of her since then . I have met her once after but I was quite rude..oops... I hope she comes back.

I am trying to go astral to communicate with my spiritual guides more. I have 3, one is a young girl about 14-16 called Alice, I have spoken to her a few times. The other is a small elderly lady whom I believe is my grandmother and the 3rd is a tall middle age gentleman. I dont yet know his name and would like to talk to him. How do you go astral like that please ?

I don't have a dream guide. And I've had enough lucids that if one such guide existed I think I would have met him or her by now.

And I've had enough lucids that if one such guide existed I think I would have met him or her by now. That’s what I thought; I was quite cynical about it actually. I tried yelling out for dream guide, somehow willing my DG to come in the dream and even believing that if I were to turn around my dream guide would be there. Even at the upmost awareness of a lucid dream mine would never come. It's different for some reason you really have to look...trust me, in my case they never come up to you. It's hard to explain..I went up and asked some people if they were my dream guide and they all said no, it was only the one who didn't answer that turned out to be my dream guide.

mohd, thats awesome. I should have tried that! in one dream I asked to meet an angel. suddenly, there was a strong hand on my shoulder. a gentle and loving presence was standing behind me. I got the impression I could not turn around. I had chills at the sudden encounter too. most of the time when I yell to meet someone, it doesn't happen. like a dream guide. I'm starting to think, I don't have one. I did try an AP once. It was after my frustration of finding a dream guide *I wanted the dream guide to guide me to an astral projection*. So I just yell in my dream TAKE ME TO THE ASTRAL. I get sensations similar to a WILD. An instant zooming, first it was backwards, then it was forwards. Everything went dark. And I had to open my eyes again. The new environment was more vivid. Around me were monks, with cat like features. They were wearing indigo robes. Such a strong and vibrant indigo. Around the building structure were giant indigo tapestries, that led so high up, they simply vanished from my line of sight. The tapestry itself flowed like water, like a thin sheet of water. I asked the monks "Am I in the astral?" and they told me yes. but I doubted it. it was like a lucid dream, very vivid. I'm not sure what is the difference anymore between a lucid dream and an AP. though I am told, in the astral there are places that don't vanish after you leave. and unlike the dream, you can literally revisit these places again and again and again. and of course the most famous is the akashtic records. im not sure ive ever had an AP. or that I ever met any real conscious guides in a dream. reality is so subjective in that area. I want reason without a doubt, that its not just a dream, that its not just a clever dream character. ps. whether its real or not, inducing an 'AP' in a lucid dream is so absolutely awesome. when I was in the 'AP', I was really in an environment. it wasn't dreamy like. a little surreal. but it felt like a 'place'. and that only happens in my most exceptional lucids

My Guides and Benefactor have wonderful senses of humor. They tease me all the time - in a very loving, familial way of course. My Dream Guide is only a voice. I've never seen him. I've never really tried though, so I'm not sure what would happen if I looked for him. I suspect however, that he simply would not be there in a form I would "see". My Benefactor is a middle-aged man (at least that's how he shows himself to me) very casual and relaxed and ironically very "down to earth" We chat all the time; sometimes about the most mundane things.

I've only had a precious handful of projections and OBE'S, but have always wanted to have the chance to meet my dream/spirit guide. I joke a lot that if I ever meet him or her, I've got some things to complain to him about! LoL Sadly, I do not, yet, have the level of control and high lucidity many of you reference. Perhaps one day soon. I 'happened' onto this site quite by chance from another 'lucid dreaming' site which wasn't very active. I hope to be able to learn a few things here.

"Everything in its place" would be a good motto for someone with strong Wolf medicine. Now coyote on the other hand... like you said, nothing but tricksters...
